With a black aluminum crankset and chainring, the Prime D comes with a 34-tooth Narrow Wide chainring, ideal for current 1×10, 1×11 or 1×12 transmissions. Replacement sprockets are also now available in 32, 34, 36 and 38 tooth options, all of which eliminate the need for a front derailleur or chain guide. Absolute's new crankset weighs approximately 770g, which can vary depending on chainring size and bottom bracket choice.

Its arms are 175mm, market standard and the central movement that Prime D uses is compatible with several brands and models of bike, which makes it even easier to replace and replace the component, when necessary. It is still possible to mount on frames with a standard Pressfit bottom bracket, which is sold separately.
